Srinagar: At least ten tourists sustained injuries after a vehicle they were travelling in overturned near Chenani-Nashri tunnel in Jammu division on Saturday evening.

Reports reaching GNS said that a mini-bus carrying tourists met an accident after driver purportedly lost control over the vehicle.

The tourists were going from Patnitop to Katra base camp for paying obeisance at Vaishno Devi shrine.

Meanwhile DC Udhumpur Piyush Singla confirming the incident to GNS said that all the injured have been shifted to a nearby hospital for immediate treatment, where all of them are however said to be stable.
