Srinagar: The Medical Superintendent of SKIMS has rubbished rumours about the death of Srinagar woman who tested positive for novel coronavirus yesterday.

Dr. Farooq Jan said that the rumours about the 67-year-old lady’s death were fake. “She is not dead and is doing fine. Don’t spread rumours on social media,” Jan told The Kashmir Walla over phone.

Earlier several people on social media had posted about the lady’s death. A voice message was also doing rounds on WhatsApp groups.
