LS polls 2019: 1.3% voting recorded till 9 am in Kulgam

Srinagar: A total of 1.3 per cent voting has been reported till 9 am in South Kashmir’s Kulgam district for the second phase of Anantnag parliamentary seat.

As per reports total 0.3 per cent votes have been polled in Kulgam constituency, Noorabad 2.3%, HomShali Bugh 0.2% and Devsar 2.4%.

With 18 candidates in the fray, the main contest is between Mehbooba Mufti of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP), Ghulam Ahmad Mir of Congress and Justice (Retired) Hasnain Masoodi of the National Conference (NC).
